Health and Spirit

I've always been interested in the spiritual side of life and try to spend a little time daily on meditation, tai chi or yoga. I also keep working to improve my reiki skills (healing touch). And I recently completed the Excellence Series - I wish I had done that years ago! Wonderful communication tools. When the heart is open everything slips into place. Slowing down the chatter in the head certainly allows the spirit to be expressed more freely. Picnics on the beach and swimming add to that! And of course - music is truly a healer. My glass is more than half full!
